Next up, we have the two commanders of the 522nd. Their full info will be available on the flash overview I will be creating in the future. The Lily Detachment, Hana Division, and Lily Incident will be explained later. Members of the Hana Division wear a flower on their tunic in accordance to their detachment. In this case, it's a Sword Lily.

Magic: Daughter of the Wind Limited control of the wind. The more wind already present, the more powerful. Commonly used to push her comrades to higher speeds, push them out of the way of danger, or deal small damage to Neuroi.
Personal: The squadron's calm and caring "mother". She radiates an aura of tranquility, allowing her subordinates to calm down much quicker after fierce fights. She enjoys getting to know every single one of the Witches under her wing. Since the Lily Incident, she's developed a mystery illness that causes her to cough up blood from time to time, although assures the others that it doesn't hurt ... much. She often appears out of nowhere/ enters a room without anyone noticing, usually startling her comrades. Ilona realizes that Witches work better together when they're close, and she patiently waits for her Combat Commander to realize this.

Magic: Shield of Reprisal Can manipulate the shape of her shield, but surface area cannot change. She can temporarily absorb energy from Neuroi lasers for greater shield sizes. Her most common technique is to form curved spikes on the edge of her shield and spin it rapidly like a buzz saw.
Personal: The stoic, intimidating Combat Commander of the 522nd. She's very efficient in leading her Witches and is very protective of them; she would rather take a hit than have a subordinate injured. Due to the events of the Lily Incident, she distances herself from her comrades aside from her Commander in fear of losing them too. Ilona wants her to connect and warm up to the new squadron, but it'll take time.
Lily Detachment
These two were part of the 4 Witch squad called the Lily Detachment, a part of the Hana Division. It was disbanded soon after the other two Witches, an Ostmark and a Gallian, disappeared during the Lily Incident. They were sent to form the 522nd Citadel Witches on the 'Island of Ilmatar'. However, the two 522nd Commanders have held onto the missing's belongings, storing it in an empty room on the Airbase in hope that the two will eventually return. The "Final Display" of the other two have caused the Commanders to develop hidden feelings for each other ...
